During the first month of the new year, some may have goals to freshen up their spaces. For this month, I will be showing several cost-friendly ways that will alter your space and allow for unique redesigning.

1. Drapes
Adding drapes over the windows are a great way to change the feel of your room. Another positive of drapes is that they create a vertical shape from (almost) ceiling to floor which gives an allusion of higher ceilings.
2. Throw pillows
Adding new throws to your bed that match the color scheme of your room is a great way to revamp your room and add more pops of color.
3. Art
Hanging up a few simple pieces of art in the blank spots of your walls is a great, inexpensive way to spice up the space. Adding hanging art adds character and definition to the room which alludes to a newer feel.
4. Accessories
First, start off by getting rid of the cluttered spaces in your room. This alone will make the room feel transformed. Decluttering also leaves extra space for accessories that fit the vibe of the space. Adding corresponding adornments make the room seem put together and feeling like new.
5. Paint
Paint is one of the best ways to redefine your room. However, make sure to pick a color that will flow with the room throughout the years. Avoid picking out of the ordinary colors that could end up looking dated years down the road.
6. Lighting
Whether it be hanging lights or a small table lamp, adding updated lighting throughout the room can change the vibe completely. Adding a lamp to a nightstand can make all the difference and help the room feel welcoming.
These are just a few of the ways redecorating can be budgeted and of significance.
This is very good stuff. I hope you continue writing helpful and insightful ideas that will Improve my rooms. Merry Christmas Ms. Warden.
